Before enrolling in a CLT course, it is important to understand the terms and conditions of our refund policy.
1. Fees payable
a. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless Canadian Livestock Transport agrees to extend credit to your organization.
b. For online payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
c. For other forms of payment, contact us.
d. If your organization is purchasing multiple registrations at once and may be eligible for group pricing, please contact the CLT coordinator, Amy Wright, by email at info@animalhealthcanada.ca or by phone at (403) 879-4001.
2. Course enrollment refunds
a. Participants are eligible for a refund of the fees paid minus transaction fees if the following conditions are met:
i. The refund request has been received in writing within 7 days of enrollment AND
ii. The participant has not yet attempted to complete an end-of-module quiz.
c. Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and paid within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
d. In all other cases, the CLT management will review the situation.
